Macclesfield-based IT outsourcing firm Axon-it has doubled the size of its headquarters, relocating to a larger suite of offices at the town’s Charter House scheme on Charter Way
The company, which was founded by directors Graham Fern and Mike Agutter in 2001, has recently won eight new contracts worth around £250,000.
These include Triangle Software and web applications firm Silkmoth.
Graham Fern said that the company had seen “significant growth” this year and was predicting turnover for the current financial year to increase from almost £600,000 to £725,000. “We feel a lot of our recent expansion is due to firms being reluctant to employ additional headcount when it comes to IT personnel,” he said.
