Tim Mears - Managing Director
Axon co-owner. Working hard to keep us all in check. Non-technical. Non-cucumber eating. Hater of brown bread, lover of gadgets. Has been known to use the kettle.
Anna Nicholls - Marketing Manager
PR pundit responsible for building the Axon brand. Pretends to be techy and gets away with it. Addicted to Twitter and tea.
Mike Agutter - Financial Director
Co-owner of Axon. In charge of the purse strings. Best kept on skis, in France, up a mountain.
Graham Fern - Technical Director
The other co-owner of Axon and technical mastermind. Certified micro light pilot and avid skier. Hates tomatoes.
Andrea Sumner - Business Development Manager
Fitness freak who thinks she’s Private Benjamin. Roller skater extraordinaire. Working to fulfil our customer’s every needs.
Pete Walklate - Business Development Manager
Helps customers to understand complex technologies….when he’s not horse riding, shooting, scuba diving, mountain biking or snowboarding.
Claire Grainger - Finance
The organisation behind the organisation. Keen walker and lover of dogs. Will thrash you at darts. And pool.
Andy Nicholls - Technical Team Leader
IT geek and proud. Loves Xbox LIVE (Call of Duty for the win!) and Wigan Warriors. Doesn’t like Beetroot.
Richard Bradney - Operations Team Leader
Returned expat and Kiwi (New Zealander, not fruit). Keen sports fan and operational organiser.
Richard McLean - Senior Engineer
Scuba diving IT expert and our “3rd Party Man”. Determined DIY-er.
Rus Northwood - Technical Engineer
Your friendly neighbourhood IT engineer. Musician, songwriter and model railway enthusiast. Generous brew-maker.
Peter Griffiths - Technical Engineer
Energetic Xbox-ing geek who likes to canoe and rock climb. Fits half marathons into his spare time. Like you do.
Tim Massey - Helpdesk Supervisor
Member of Macclesfield Quiz League winning team. Sometimes found drinking Bovril on the terraces of Macc Town on Saturday afternoons.
Mark Jones - Helpdesk Analyst
Likes playing guitar and writing and recording bad music. Good at dodgy DIY (Destroy It Yourself). Can be found standing on top of a molehill in his back garden swearing profusely.
John Hollinshead - Helpdesk Analyst
Techy whiz and lover of the Xbox. May be found hiding in his workshop. The only member of the team to refuse brews.
Samuel Watkins - Helpdesk Analyst
Lover of cars, gadgets and Manchester City. Frequent escapee to the Lake District.
