Cheshire-based Price Jones Ltd was looking to move from a largely paper-based operation to a fully IT based supported environment with remote working to provide a platform for business growth.

Axon designed a multifaceted IT solution for Price Jones Ltd which saw the customer invest into several areas of the Microsoft cloud. Initially, a new network and server was installed (October 2009) and Dynamics CRM 3 deployed three months later, followed by an upgrade to Dynamics CRM Online and migration to Microsoft Office 365.
Bringing together the feature-rich communication and collaboration tools of Microsoft applications, Microsoft Office 365 enables Price Jones employees to work at any time and from anywhere with an internet connection.
With high availability, comprehensive security and unified IT management, Microsoft Office 365 helped the customer to maximise their technology investment through greater mobility, increased productivity and better business continuity. Microsoft SharePoint and Skype for Business are both now also used heavily by Price Jones Ltd to improve collaboration and communication.
Axon also rolled out a CRM development environment for testing and updates. Microsoft Dynamics Online brings better collaboration capabilities and integrated engagement and process automation to deliver an intuitive, process-driven user experience, that guides users through the tasks and information they need to stay focused, with all their important information presented in one simple user experience.
Microsoft Azure was deployed for backups to help safeguard the business, ensuring business continuity and reducing risk.
Through this multi-cloud approach to IT, Price Jones Ltd has realised significant business benefits and growth with better business mobility and increased productivity. 90% of the customer’s systems are now based within a cloud environment and the flexibility that this brings to mobile working is utilised on a daily basis.
The cloud solution provided by Axon has supported substantial business growth, allowing an increase in staff and incoming work. The customer has standardised its computing and it is now fully supported and efficiently updated with all electronic data stored securely.
